Format: 2-day workshop. Workshops in Wiesbaden start at 10.00hs on the 1st day and end at
17.00hs on the 2nd day.

The workshop character: This qualification is based on iterative-discursive didactics - in alignment
with the content.
The didactics consist of three elements: 1. Lean input of content. 2. Deepening in small groups or constellations 3. Discourse about insights, and deepening dialog. During our
qualifications, we do not use PowerPoint, nor lecturing.

- Focus Day 1: Beta and the BetaCodex – what is the content, what are the principles, what is the context?
- Focus Day 2. OpenSpace Beta – deepening reflection of method, structure, and required elements

Your preparation:

- Reading the OpenSpace Beta handbook prior to the qualification is indispensable!
- This is not a qualification in the OpenSpace large-group method! We expect you to have at least first experiences with applying OpenSpace;
qualifications for OpenSpace should be taken prior to this course.
We recommend the online qualification with Daniel Mezick.
- We will provide a list of important reading materials to you ahead of the course, that you should make use of to prepare in advance.

Certification: Certification is granted through course participation - participants receive a
participation certificate after the workshop and are allowed to carry the title OpenSpace Beta Practitioner.

Locations:. Qualification courses are offered at Studio Red42, Matthias-Claudius-Strasse 16, 65185 Wiesbaden,
Germany. They may also be run at a location of your choice - to be discussed.

Participation fee for open qualification courses: EUR 1.500,00, plus a EUR 70,00 meeting fee for
drinks/snacks/lunches, plus VAT.

Upon registration for any public OpenSpace Beta Certification workshop, you will receive 1 copy of the OpenSpace Beta handbook, and 1
OpenSpace Beta timeline poster, as well as an invoice.
